Take
a fresh approach to skiing this winter... go for new thrills
on old hills by making simple changes to the way you ski.
New Thrills #1
Vary the size and rhythm of your ski turns. Don't make the
same turn over and over again - shake it up! Make high-speed
giant slalom turns at the top, then swing into some snappy
short-radius halfway down the pitch. Alternating your turn
size and rhythm helps you become more adaptable, and it
adds challenge to the same old ski hills.
New Thrills #2
Ski green circles and blue squares. If you think you've
outgrown beginner and intermediate runs, think again! Going
back to basics can reacquaint us with fundamental technique,
and it's fun to re-discover terrain we've long since forgotten.
New Thrills #3
Change your line. Each time you ski a
hill, pick a different path. Ski the pitch on the first
run, then ski close to the edge on the second. Rest in different
spots of the hill each time, and ski the run non-stop at
least twice a day.
New Thrills #4
Get away from the groomed. Bumps, steeps, crud, powder -
no matter your level, it's time to tackle the tough stuff.
Take it slow at first, but don't shy away from difficult
terrain. Challenging yourself is the only way you're going
to get better.
Skis, Snowboards
and Snowmobiles... We can help you build
the perfect winter vacation!
